Notice is hereby given that the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Srigee DLM Limited will
be held on Tuesday, 30th September, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at Plot 39 and 40 Udyog Vihar extension,
Ecotech II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, 201306, to transact the following businesses:
Ordinary Business:
1) To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the
Financial Year ended on March 31, 2025 and the report of the Board of Directors and
Auditors thereon.
2) To re-appoint Mr. Suresh Kumar Singh (DIN: 07941793) who retires by rotation and being
eligible offers himself for re-appointment.
